Higham Lakes, Ponteland. NE20 0DH
Higham Lakes are situated off the A696 Jedburgh road about 1 and a half miles north of Ponteland and 2 miles south of Belsay, Northumberland. Higham Lakes is a family run Trout Fishery offering excellent trout fishing to fly or bait from the lakes which are regularly stocked with brown, blue and golden trout from 2lbs to 25lbs.
Clay pigeon shooting lessons are available with Northumberland Sporting Clays at the Lakes which covers approximately 90 acres of lovely countryside in south Northumberland. The lakes are readily accessible from Tyneside and beyond and are easy to find.
There is ample free parking in the car park and disabled toilet facilities in the main Fishing Lodge. We use the Lodge down by the delightful bottom lake to greet clients and have complimentary tea/coffee and this location is a wonderful venue for birthday, Stag and Hen parties, family groups or just individuals and couples looking to try their hand at clay pigeon shooting. Why not get a group of friends together and organise a fun event with a difference and perhaps include a BBQ at Higham Lakes with us?
Try us for a quote for parties that we can tailor to your requirements for you at a reasonable cost.
